Most games of this type feature a quicksave (A key that one presses that does a specially named save) This allows for easier experimentation.
Also allowing named saves allows those of us that are concerned with details (and who playing this type of game isn't?
) to name the save giving a reason why the save was made.

0Ideally the Saved games would contain external file names that match the names entered in-game. That makes cleaning up "save scum" much easier for those of us that do a LOT of saving. The current file naming is NOT very user friendly.
Also do a better job of cleaning up when the game is uninstalled. I had to uninstall recently because of the last update. Now all the saved games that I used to have are listed despite having been deleted. Talk about rubbing salt into the wounds...
Finally a Save and Quit feature would be GREAT
