Ok, as far as I know, the ib's low the claims radious. However, after getting the claim to T1, why don't you create a sistem to "control the claim" and put them taxes, instead of destroying the claim. You could put taxes like: you need more coins to feed the claim, every thing that you farm gives a percentage (like the 20/100) to the guild that controls the claim, and even, if that claim have vassals you could put taxes to the vassal claim too!!
That would be a good way to stop destroying claims, and loosing players!
