Procedurally generated maps would be an amazing feature to add. I play this game hard for a month or 2 then wait for new features, then repeat. It gets tiring knowing where the best places to start a town with the flattest ground and all the resources you need nearby.
I know some people may think this is cliche because a lot of new games feature this. With procedurally generated maps, clan/guild system, and this very in depth crafting system a lot of open sandbox players would be very attracted to this game.

1I am surprised this hasn't been down-voted or flamed to hell and back. I up-voted of course as I would like to see the non MMO version have some expandability but maybe not AS much as the MMO meaning if you want the super full experience go to the MMO but if you like hanging with your friends in a relaxed environment, or as I have seen for some games use the private to get experience on setting up and playing, you can and still have some lands expanded. I wouldn't mine seeing where you can set two or even three map sizes, made by the devs or generated using some engine, that you can make depending on the number of people joining. RIght now the current map is way to small if you have more than 20 people due to the fact it is way to easy for people to find and randomly gank for no reason other than "you are there and I want your stuff". Don't get me started on the lack of criminal system or actual penalty system for people who do nothing but PK. -
